Important Note: for all transfers we request a full payment to be made via PAYPAL, we sent you an e-mail with the Payment Request, for all bookings to be valid a payment have to be received first.

Please ask for your receipt or invoice if you are a corporate customer 

Before You Book a Taxi know the following :

• Make sure that you have filed out the form correctly, if you have the wrong telephone number or the number is allocated to a different address we will not accept your booking.
• It is necessary for us to verify via a phone call that you are a genuine customer.
• If your are calling us from Greece make sure that you are calling us from a listed phone number and the address corresponds to the phone number that you are calling from, if the number do not show on our screens we will not accept a booking.
• If you are calling from abroad please give a genuine e-mail address and a phone number so we can call back and confirm your booking and your deposit. 
• Please if you or any of the passengers or children who travel with you has any medical condition that we need to know i.e. car sickness, nausea, or more serious as diabetes, please do let as know in advance so we do take the best of care for you and your loved ones.
• We need all the above so we can provide you with a good service and to be prompt on your booking. 
• You need to inform us in advance if you have access luggage or you travel with children under age so we sent a vehicle with the appropriate seats for children.
